You are invited to come learn with the Arajuno Road Project (ARP) / Proyecto Ruta del Arajuno! Through ARP’s many years of experience working with volunteers, we have found that volunteers, especially in the short-term, primarily go through and are in pursuit of a learning experience. ARP is formalizing and amplifying this process through our workshops and classes, which include applying techniques via service learning on site, to the extent feasible, in the Ecuadorian Amazon.
ARP’s learning experiences often call on the expertise and resources of local partners. Classes and workshops also help to further ARP’s social and/or environmental programs, which are ongoing, long-term initiatives that support and promote health environments and a healthy future in our corner of the Amazon.
